Please tap on your initials to go to Profile → Sign Out → Sign In (bottom of the screen) → Forgot Password
You do not need to know your old password. You will receive a link to reset your password from noreply@sagesystems.io (you may want to add that address to your contacts so the email doesn't go to spam).
