Hi,
The SAGE app requires every user to have a valid government-issued ID on file. When your account was created, the photo was not saved, likely due to an error. In the latest app version update, we now have code that asks users who do not have IDs saved to upload them.
1. Be sure you are attempting to upload your government-issued ID (member cards do not qualify as an official ID).
2. Place the ID on a solid, dark surface for best results.
3. Tap the Use Photo button on iPhone in the lower right corner after taking the picture.
4. If you see a black screen, ensure you have allowed camera access for SAGE in your device settings.
Lastly, some iPhone users running an older version of iOS have reported that the app freezes or does not respond. You can upload your ID on the website by signing in at https://sagesystems.io with the same credentials you already have.
Once your ID is verified, you can use the app without limitation.
