Hi, 


If you added an occupant to your property but they did not receive a text, that is okay. Sometimes, carriers or the device itself can block SMS messages based on privacy settings. 


Your occupant can download the app by going to https://sagesystems.io/app on their device or by searching the app store for SAGE Systems. Once the app is downloaded, they can enter the phone number you used to invite them and then complete their account creation. Please note that if they receive a message saying "No invite found", this means the property manager has not yet approved the occupant.
