We appreciate your question. Downloading the app is completely optional for your guests. If they decide not to, they are still on your visitor list. Downloading the app gives them faster access at the gate by not having to provide their details and ID each time they enter. You can turn this off during the invitation process by tapping off the "send digital key" option on the final step.
