SAGE Privacy Notes

Hi,

Security measures: Resident data, including ID photos and license plate information, is encrypted in transit and at rest. The platform is hosted on Google Cloud Platform under enterprise-grade security, with access controls, monitoring, and standard protections in place. Sage has never experienced a data breach.

Who has access: Inside Ramco, only engineering, support staff with a legitimate need, as well as any on-duty Virtual Guard. Inside the community, only the property manager has access to their specific operational role. Other residents and guests do not have access to this information. Ramco does not sell resident data, nor do we share it with any third party outside of the infrastructure providers that run the platform under strict contractual restrictions.

How it's safeguarded: Encryption, role-based access controls, contractual use restrictions, and breach notification obligations under Florida law. The homeowner's information is used only to operate the access control service their HOA contracted for.

"Hide from Calls": If requested, your name can be removed entirely from the EntryKiosk directory at the gate. Visitors cannot see, scroll to find, or call you from the kiosk. For a resident prioritizing privacy, this is the correct setting. You will still retain full ability to manage your own guest list and issue one-time codes to visitors you've chosen to admit. The tradeoff is that any visitor you want to let in needs to be pre-authorized through the app rather than calling up from the gate.
