Hi, 


If you see a black screen when attempting to use your camera to upload your ID or scan the QR Code at the kiosk, please ensure you have allowed camera access for SAGE in your device settings.


On your device, go to the Settings app and search for SAGE. You should then see a Camera section; access those settings and allow the SAGE app permission to use your camera.
